Two Factor auth email not received, multiple tries

Hello,
I tried today to login to my CF account, but the Two Auth email was not received, I waited long, tried again, created a filter that [email protected] never goes to SPAM, and marked as important. Same result after more tries.

Any help please?

Hello, I have the exact same issue, I’m using Hotmail and have tried like 8 times already, could someone please do something about it this is kind of urgent…

We are aware of a possible issue with our email delivery. We are busy investigating from our side and will update shortly.

same problem here, token email does not come or if it comes it has high latency, like a couple of hours.

It’s still listed on the status page as unresolved, but they’re working on it.
