Two DNS IP's?

So I am hosting my site on Flywheel.
I have my domains in Siteground.
I’m using CloudFlare for the bridge between the two since Siteground will not let me host just the domain with them.

In the Global DNS propagation https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/members.bastianaccounting.com - it’s pulling up 2 IP addresses. Is this okay? Or did I set something up incorrectly?

Yes, this is fine. CF is returning their own DDOS-protected IPs that forward traffic to your real host, and CF just advertises 2 even if you only put in 1 in the DNS tab.
