Turnstile preclearance cookie no longer set for root domain

What is the issue you’re encountering

We use Turnstile on sub.domain.com to set a preclearance cookie for POST requests to api.domain.com. It used to set the cookie for .domain.com, but now only does so for .sub.domain.com, causing requests to fail.
