Turnstile Issues

Hello,

When using Turnstile with macOS 15.0 using Safari 18, Turnstile challenges are failing with error 300010.

Secondly, when using the Having Trouble link to report an issue, the box is unusable as it gets cut off and does not properly render.

Hello,

The error 300010, indicates generic client execution error: An unspecified error occurred in the visitor while they were solving a challenge.
Potentially an automated visitor. Retry the challenge. Upon multiple subsequent failures, verify the visitor otherwise.

Having Trouble link to report an issue

Is there any error displayed when you click on the box ?
As a workaround, could you log out, clear the cache and retry

Thank you

Definitely not an automated visitor. As I said above, Safari 18.0 with macOS 15.0 Sequoia.

It is unclear what else shows in that box as that is how the box displays. It displays with the left portion (about 25-50%) of the box cutoff

I’m having the same problem with the “report issue” modal.
The design is not responsive. Inoperable on mobile phone.

I am having the same issue with Safari 17.5 whereby Turnstile doesn’t validate and eventually returns the error 300010.

I went into Safari setting, turned the ‘Hide IP address’ option off (unselected, under privacy). This has solved my issue.

@Cloudflare, please investigate. I am a public facing Financial Services business, I can’t instruct all clients on this. Please investigate a solution.

We are also experiencing this issue.

The problem is there for us when on mobile networks (not wifi) and safari has the Hide IP address Option enabled.

Hi @dom8, what mobile network are you connected to?

@mdemoura Its happening to on o2 in the UK, sadly I have an Andorid phone which works fine.
But we have many reports of this happening to our customers preventing them from logging in.

To be clear, it is happening to one of our engineers in the office, but I am personally unable to reproduce it due to having android.

@mdemoura Is an issue you know about? Is there anything we can do to help look into it?

We’re investigating this and trying to reproduce it, could you try again?

@mdemoura Feedback from our engineer for whom it was failing is: that it briefly worked for a bit, but now seems to fail all the time. See this video example

We have reports from a lot of our customers in Australia that they are getting this too.

Thanks, that’s quite useful, @dom8. Could you also raise a support ticket and mention this thread?

@mdemoura I raised a support ticket, but its now been 6 days with no response!
The case number is 01217439 if you are able to prompt from your side?

Will follow up with support, thanks!
