After adding a domain to the Turnstile settings and saving, the domain does not persist in the configuration.

I have re-added the domain multiple times, tested with different settings, cleared cache, tried different browsers, and ensured there are no conflicting configurations, but the issue persists across all my domains using Turnstile.

Log in to the Cloudflare dashboard, navigate to Turnstile settings, add a domain, and save the changes; the domain disappears after saving.
May I ask if the domain is as well using Cloudflare and under your Cloudflare account, otherwise not using Cloudflare and was added to the list of the particular Turnstile Widget?
Is this happening to you only on the UI interface, or rather as impact on the Turnstile?
Yes, the domain is using Cloudflare and is under the same Cloudflare account. I have been using Turnstile for a while across all my domains, but recently noticed that it is causing issues with the contact forms on all my websites. The same issue is occurring on every domain.
I also have the same issue - any update on when this will be fixed?
You add the domain, and it saves, but when you go back it shows the domain as blank. You can remove the blank one and try and add the domain back in and save but same issue shows as blank.
the pages / worker i am using this is also failing so assume this is my issue.
