I want to make a redirect rule which checks the user via Turnstile before they get redirected, is this possible somehow please?

You can use managed challenge action for the specific URL to trigger Turnstile.

The only way you can put a redirect rule behind a WAF Rule would be to use a Bulk Redirect List. Single Redirects trigger before the WAF. Bulk Redirects trigger after.
