What is the issue you’re encountering

In the turnstile settings, if you add a new Hostname, the hostname never gets saved. We tried it yesterday and today and for a brief moment it shows “7 out of 10” (instead of previously 6 ouf of 10) and after reloading the page the hostname is gone. May someone please help?

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  • Go to turnstile
  • Go into the turnstile settings
  • Click “Add Hostname”
  • Enter a domain at the top, click the “Add” button next to the input field
  • Click “Add” on the bottom of the Popover (blue button)
  • Refresh the site

May I ask if you’ve tried using Incognito mode (Private Window)?
Or maybe clearing your data, cookies & cache?
How about different Web browser?

Few days ago there was a fix, maybe you need “hard refresh” your Web browser ?

All right. Using another browser has resolved the issue. It may be because of cookies / cache. Thanks for the answers
