Turnstile Domain Configuration not Updating

What is the issue or error you’re encountering

When I go to turnstile to update my site domains, it shows the update in the dashboard, then when I reload, it goes back to the old configuration

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve tried refreshing, checking the browser console, and every other possibility.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Create a cloudflare turnstile instance. Then go to update the hostnames. Then, once you see it update, refresh the page. It will reset back to the old configuration.

Heyy, could you please help me clarify when this issue occurs?

  1. Does it happen after you save the widget? For example:
    a. Create the widget
    b. Click Edit Widget
    c. Select different hostnames
    d. Click Save, which redirects you to the widget list
    e. Reopen the same widget and find that the displayed domains remain unchanged
  2. Or did you modify the hostnames and then refresh the page before clicking on Save?

Please note that our frontend does not persist changes until the save button is clicked. Thank you!
