Turnstile Box Not Always Appearing

Hello,
I have the Turnstile installed on my website.
Everything is installed, no problem. However the issue is the ‘Veryify You Are Human’ box sometimes appears, sometimes it doesn’t.
When it doesn’t appear (as a test I performed) you fill in the information, and hit send, and instead of sending the input information in the contact form, it refreshes the entire page and wipes everything. The box then appears but you have to input all the information again.
Is there a way this box permanently appears?

To begin troubleshooting, can try the following steps?

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  2. Try accessing Turnstile from a different browser or mobile device.
  3. Make sure you are using the latest version of your browser.

1 & 2) Tried it on my phone and my laptop. Accessing the contacts page via my mobile or browser (using Firefox and Chrome), sometimes the Turnstile box appears, sometimes it doesn’t appear. Been like this for weeks now.

I feel this is a Turnstile option, to make sure its always on. But haven’t figured out what or how.
