Again, dont worry about that either. This information is not really helpful in this context, respectively your IP address reveals Cloudflare anyhow.
To answer the question itself, you cant do that either. That header gets sent automatically.
Then tell about this too "Uh oh, your web server is pretty chatty. Everybody can see what engine runs your page. You should get rid of the “x-powered-by” response header - because it is actually only for hackers’ use.

Thats not Cloudflare related but a question about PHP.
For PHP you can disable it via PHP: Description of core php.ini directives - Manual, but again this is somewhat off-topic here.
