I suppose you’re specifically referring to Cloudflare Access.
You currently have a subscription to “Teams Free Base”, which is free up to 50 users (with limited features compared with the paid plans):
…So you won’t be billed at all.
If you still want to cancel it, navigate to Manage Account> Billing > Subscriptions and cancel it there.
