I have a error with 1.1.1.1
my dns request is not responded 1.1.1.1 some times .
I try to use another dns service it does not have a any problem. I restart for my connection may be error occur on CGN device but result is same. Also web server response in curl like this.

Is there disks or memory are okay at Istanbul ? because update state does not have problem but stale state has a latency.

Ok The problem is solved but also i want to explain.
Last day my dns some dns queries is not responded by cloudflare public dns server.
So i make a investigation about this problem.
Firstly I make request different country. Amsterdam do not have a any issue. But in turkey has a some problem.
I check to other public providers, may be ISP traying to something to control on DNS packages. other servers does not have a any problem so this problem not related public dns filtering.
I restart my connection, We are not in peek time when the problem occurs but may be CGN device is overloaded, after restating ISP connection problem is still exist.
I make a other dns requests . Results something like a dns server does not have network connection to solve requests or not able to access cache ( disk - memory issue).
So I want to check web server response. The response also has a problem.
You miss the point. Server response time is 15 second. It is not normal. Also server every time responds Cache-Status is updating. Don’t cache the requests and not able to HIT . So maybe cloudflare disk is loaded fully.
Cloudflare systems forward the traffic to other country’s edge servers.
At the night I have also connection issue with websites access which is protected with cloudflare. Ip block cannot accessible while cloudflare routing path is changing. BGP is not change quickly as before. Connection issue duration at night less than 2 minutes.
