Tunnels menu is missing from Zero Trust dashboard

What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

Hello, My Zero Trust dashboard does not show the “Tunnels” menu. Account email: [email protected] Team domain: sfauto.cloudflareaccess.com I have completed the team setup and I am the Super Administrator. However, the “Tunnels” and “Applications” menus are completely missing from the Access section. I’ve tried logging out/in, clearing cache, switching browsers, and still no change. Can you please help reset or reactivate my Zero Trust organization so that I can use full Access features? Thanks in advance.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Logged out/in, cleared browser cache, switched browsers

Tunnel lives under the “Networks” section of the Zero Trust dashboard, not “Access”:

What do you see when you open Access > Applications and Network > Tunnels after replacing account_id with your actual account ID?

Hello, same here. It is not the link to the tunnel missing, but I cannot add a new public host. The whole administration scheme has changed, while I was adding hosts.

I added a screenshot.

I have exactly the same issue. It wont let me add any more hostnames to the existing tunnel. What is the new way of doing this?
