Tunnel with WebDav dropping file transfer after 30 seconds

I have IIS running with WebDAV enabled, I have set up the forwarding correctly for file transfers.

I found that file tranfers when using either WinSCP or Cyberduck stop and reset exactly after 30 seconds. I have tried changing IIS setttings but that doesnt change things, it seems to be the tunnel cutting off the transfer after 30 seconds and Im not sure why

Anby advice would be helpful.
