May I ask if this is the edge port?, and you want to use the particular port 2018 over the particular hostname which is proxied 
?

May I ask which protocol are you using for your tunnel? Is it QUIC or HTTP/2?
Anything in the log files for the tunnel connection and particular hostname?
If you run the cloudflared tunnel command with -loglevel debug.
