What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

I have configured the TTL of lito-pe.mail.protection.outlook.com for 1 Hour but in the queries I make on the Internet it always comes out 5 minutes

DNS records of the same name and type must have the same TTL. You also have MX records for lito.pe pointing at Google where the TTL is “Auto” (5 minutes) so Cloudflare is using, I assume, the lowest value for all the MX records for lito.pe.

If Microsoft is handling your email instead of Google, then you should remove the Google MX records otherwise mail could be delivered to the wrong place.

I just removed gmail dns

I’ll see how it goes!

I hope the TTL changes now.
