Transfer process stuck at payment section
I also noticed that it says unknown instead of google compared to other domains i own. I first bought my domains from google but then they transferred my domain to squarespace
What you’re seeing is normal: domain transfers don’t happen instantly after payment. The domain’s status is pendingTransfer, so it seems your action was successful and the transfer has been initiated.
Check here: https://whois.domaintools.com/birbkeks.dev or use your favourite WHOIS/RDAP lookup tool.
You can go to your Google/Squarespace domains dashboard to approve the transfer immediately, or just wait for the standard transfer process to complete in about 5 days.
can i get a refund if the transfer process is still stuck at payment part or if it gives an error?
If Cloudflare is unable to provide the service you paid for (eg if the transfer fails), you should receive a refund. Cancelling the transfer-in-progress yourself is a different matter.
As I’ve mentioned already, the transfer is not stuck. Domain transfers take about 5 days to complete everywhere… unless approved immediately at the LOSING registrar (Google/Squarespace in your case).

3. FEES
