I’ve been trying to transfer four domains in for a while now, in fact, it’s been 50 days exactly.
I’m stuck going round in circles with email support - every time I ask for an update I get told the ticket is being placed “on hold”. No timeline for a resolution, no ability to escalate any further, it’s not like the registrar product is free, it is paid for after all so we should be entitled to some sort of support.
Here’s what I’m being presented when trying to transfer the domains, it’s not a billing issue; tried funding via credit card and via PayPal and it doesn’t make any difference to the end result.
On the off-chance someone from Cloudflare comes across this, it would be great to get things escalated so that I’m not consistently getting the “on hold” canned response.
