Trying to renew my domain but im Stuck in “pending nameserver update”

I am currently trying to renew my domain name for another year however I received an email saying: 'We could not add (domain) to your account because your nameservers (NS) are not yet pointing to Cloudflare.'When I login I’m advised that my ‘domain is not active on Cloudflare yet’ and I need to update the nameservers at my registrar. However I bought my domain site directly from Cloudflare registrar and I am struggling to find out where I need to complete this next or how to go about it. Would anybody be able to offer clear step-by-step instructions please?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve logged into my domains registrar which is also Cloudflare aswell but I’m unable to amend the error. I’ve watched countless Cloudflare tutorials and guides to no avail
