I’ve changed browser, computer etc, still remains. The domain is in the dashboard showing “Pending Setup” but I cannot confirm the NS changes required.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Login to my account - click the domain, I get taken to the plan selection. If I click Free, the page refreshes. If I select a Paid plan the payment isn’t taken and nothing happens there either.
Yes, I’m happy I have typed the right domain name and added payment info as I have quite a few domains on CF.
I created a member account with no access to billing and that allowed me to add the Swimstart domain as the billing issue isn’t present.
Hilariously, the member account, while having full admin (without super admin) access it cannot see any other domains and my master account cannot see the correctly setup swimstart domain.
This whole system, its billing and role assignments have gone to pot!
