Trying to Re-Organize Cloudflare Domain - connected to iCloud/AppleID

I originally purchased a domain on my existing - long history-ed Apple ID through the AppleID/iCloud+ function. I have been slowly moving away from that existing email/iCloud account and would like to move said domain and all verifications within iCloud to the new account with an email on the purchased domain name.

I believe I have most all functionality and logistics moved correctly but know I’ve made a mistake in tranfering somewhere along the lines with DNNSEC, or Email Routing. I thought and hoped that the final step was to login via email address to Cloudflare (aka NOT logging in through AppleID) and update the account preferences of Cloudflare to change the email address to the new/preferred email.

I am continuing to get error 429, Too Many Requests.

Am i safe too assume I have just been doing too much at once and should wait another day or so to reset this?
