I was trying to purchase an Argo subscription and filled in my CC details but when I hit the purchase button nothing happened it just changed to a padlock and then nothing. I tried again with the same results.
Not sure what to do now as there is no email to contact.
May be a temporary issue, you can contact support though:
login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support and choose the ‘Get more help’ option. Sales may be able to help, but they may well just direct you to support!

Hi @macsroom, I don’t see your credit card on file on the account and am wondering if that is at the root of the issue you’re seeing. If you login, do you see the card you added as on file for the account?
