Trying to get this solved! Can't upgrade to Pro plan

Trying to get this solved.

Trying to upgrade a domain to the Pro Plan. The subscription is changed “successfully” for about 10 minutes, then it reverts back to the Free Plan. No charge to our account, but we have gotten other charges to the same card for other domains/plans.

Yes there are other threads relating to this issue.

Going on two weeks without updates from support.
