Im tryng to discover where this url are hosted (http://www.alvarengaleiloeiro.com) . My guess is GoDaddy.com. can we help me guys?

You can contact the site owner. Apart from that the purpose of Cloudflare is not to have that information public.

The owner has created this site to scam my clients. IM trying to discover the provider to shutdown this site. WHOISlookup does not find out.
