What is the issue you’re encountering

I have been unable to close a pro plan account.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have opened 3 support tickets and have not received any reply or assistance:

May I ask did you followed the instructions to cancel your subscription and disabled your service as stated on the article below before? :thinking:

Hi Fritex

Yes, but for some reason the cancel process isn’t working, it may be a fault with the domain setup as we don’t use this domain anymore.

But we have been unable to get support to close the account and that’s very frustrating, in fact we have had no help form support at all.
