I added my namecheap hosting DNS to the DNS records in my account. I don’t see the custom nameserver as an option.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I am trying to change my hosting DNS. I added my namecheap hosting DNS to the DNS records in my account. I initially added it by using the NS record, but when I went back to namecheap hosting it showed that it needed to be added before hosting would work. My domain registrar is Cloudflare. I tried to remove the domain but I couldn’t

Don’t know? I am just trying to add new hosting to my Cloudflare domain from Namecheap. Should i delete all records and just add new ones?

I initially added it by using the NS record,

You can’t change the nameservers of a domain registered with Cloudflare Registrar, this is indicated at the time of purchase. The A record in your screenshot does seem to point to a Namecheap IP address, but you can check with them if that is the correct one to use.

If it is, your site is currently giving a 526 error which means the SSL certificate on your server/host is invalid; it is either expired, self-signed or not for your domain. Work with your host to get that resolves. If unsure, set the A record to “DNS only” to bypass Cloudflare while it is fixed.
