I have tried that but he has not replied.
I was wondering if you could reach out the the owner for us and ask if they are prepared to sell it and ask the amount they would be looking for?

I am just a Cloudflare user, not staff, and Cloudflare staff wouldn’t be able to do that anyway. If you used the form and didn’t get an answer then that’s all that can be done.
You can try a domain broker to see if their approach works, or place a bid on a drop catching service like snapnames.com and hope the owner lets it expire one day.
