Try to renew my domain and says error

just return a Payment error: authorization failed for [{my domain}] (Code: 10000) and i checked my bank card is all normal.

I have changed and renewed my payment method, and still return the Code β€œ10000” error

Can you clear browser cache and try again in incognito mode? I took steps to correct but am not 100% certain it will fix the issue.

I have flagged your ticket earlier and just took steps to correct that 10000 error. While we wait for the Support team to look at your ticket, can you try again in incognito mode?

I have sent your ticket to the billing team and set the priority to urgent.

Same is the error I am also facing for my domain renewal and my domain is about to expire soon. Its a very frustrating experience. My paypal and credit card working fine but both payments are failing and saying the same error and showing to update payment method which is also not working for me.

Thank you for the confirmation. I suspect the paypal issue may be related to the ongoing billing migration but will dig into it to see if I can find the details.
