Try adding a DKIM txt record for survey.domain.org in our domain.org website but not verifying via MxToolBox DKIM check. Any idea what i’m doing wrong?

All right, assuming that’s your domain, you simply haven’t set up the TXT record.
I added txt record for survey in our parent domain with DKIM string and when I query mxtoolbox for txt I see it now, hopefully this satisfy the 3rd party check. Thanks for you help.
Well, the link I posted does not seem to find under domain.org but if it works for you, then it’s probably fixed and I am glad it works.
sorry , was just hiding my domain. I was also not searching the correct DKIM name, was searching my domain survey.domain.org instead of the DKIM name 3rd party gave us. It looks good now, just need requestor to verify their tool can see the DKIM record now.
