But i can see microsoft is doing almost 1000 or more requests per day with empty user agent and different paths of my website i just wanna know why because its already getting blocked by bot mode

If the requests are already being blocked, then you are ok.

The requests are not coming from Microsoft’s own services, but from people using Microsoft’s servers to run these bots.
