more than 6 months have passed…I created another ticket, and another and another… but answer one (see above). Is it possible to do something?

I’m afraid the community cannot assist with Trust and Safety cases. Nor can the regular support staff see them. This will need to be addressed with them. Have you never received an email from T&S? If not, try emailing [email protected] from the email address on your account, this should get you straight through to them.
