True-Client-IP vs HTTP_CF_CONNECTING_IP?

If HTTP_CF_CONNECTING_IP is available in the free and $20/mo versions…why is True-Client-IP only available in Enterprise. Is it even necessary?

I’m confused what the difference is.

As far as I know there is no real difference, just that one header is often used by large and inflexible enterprise grade software.
