Troubleshooting the Domain Issue: Unresolved DNS After Cloudflare Removal

Hello,

I originally configured my domain using Cloudflare. However, after removing it from Cloudflare and redirecting the domain to different name servers, I’m encountering Error 1001 (as described below):

Error 1001 Ray ID: 84a8cc42fd672c8e • 2024-01-24 13:59:36 UTC
DNS resolution error

What happened?
You’ve requested a page on a website (tomtobar.com) that is on the Cloudflare network. Cloudflare is currently unable to resolve your requested domain (tomtobar.com). There are two potential causes of this:

Most likely: if the owner just signed up for Cloudflare it can take a few minutes for the website’s information to be distributed to our global network.
Less likely: something is wrong with this site’s configuration. Usually this happens when accounts have been signed up with a partner organization (e.g., a hosting provider) and the provider’s DNS fails.

When did you change the nameservers away from Cloudflare? It can take some time for the changes to propagate.

Seems it was just at domain registration today so give it some time.

Checking again, seems your host uses the Cloudflare CDN. Perhaps their end isn’t set up yet…
