Troubleshooting errors when purchasing a domain from Cloudflare

I was trying to buy a domain from Cloudflare but it give me an error after submitting my order(complete pushes): something wrong happened, I didn’t get the new domain but my credit card balance has decreased by $9.15 actually the price of the domain.
