Trouble with ssl certificate

Hey there.
We’re using Cloudflare with serveral domains, but one of them has an issue :

NET::ERR_CERT_SYMANTEC_LEGACY (chrome)

A step further, testet with ssllabs.com/ssltest, we get rated “T”:
Distrusted by Google and Mozilla,
Intermediate Certificate insecure signature

Report : https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=horizon-shop.ch

Not shure what we can do about this. Does not occur with all Browsers and its the only domain we have issues with. All the others have the same ssl config in Cloudflare though.

Does not occur in Chrome 69.0.3497.81 (64bit)
Update on Chrome 70.0.3538.77 (64bit), still not occurs on my machine.
Error is reported by a colleague with freshly updated Chrome.

Any suggestions ?

Your domain is not behind Cloudflare, so whatever certificate your web server is serving is the one browsers will see. Currently Thawte DV SSL CA - G2 which I believe was part of the distrust.

To fix, change your root DNS zone from :grey: to :orange:, this will start routing traffic through CF and present the Universal SSL instead of your server’s SSL.
