the DKIM is not accepting “.dbcel.cc” the suffix to sendiio_domainkey. Also the nameservers have not changed since Cloudflare stated they changed them.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have deleted the existing and redone the input. I have cleared all the cache and cookies and access cloudflare again same result. I have tried Brave, and duckduckgo and chrome browsers all with the same problem.
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
DNS not responding/updating
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
do DKIM TXT record with sendiio._domainkey add the .dbcel.cc as requested. Add the content v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQCj+4uF24TnK519Ms2FlLWE2SOecWimLrScqyXjsCSwc+gEq2PZnyqTrErsqs63iwBse16sZvHXG9V8zhezCv9QttbC8qS+CcDFevRFLElli+G50HEm6eG2OP8j0edyTTLXvM for mailjet is updated. Cloudflare advised they changed the nameservers from the old ones which are still there to the new ones on Wednesday and nothing has changed.
So it seems you have created a new Cloudflare account that you moved your domain to, and you need to create the DNS records in that new account or change the nameservers back to your old account.
Also, you should only enter sendiio._domainkey into the name field, without your domain at the end.
Sorry if I have mislead you the nameserver screenshot sent to you was from Cloudflare dns page for dbcel.cc. The other nameservers were changed in namecheap on Wednesday and it was after they were changed that I received the notice from Cloudflare. I have tried to change the nameservers on the Cloudflare dns page for dbcel.cc but it will not allow me to do that. The screenshot is from namecheap showing the nameservers.
Pardon my absolute stupidity but if there in no notice of the change of access via username and password from Cloudflare with the change of nameservers they requested, would one not assume that one would access the dbcel.cc account using the existing username and password?
On the dbcel.cc cloudflare page it states that dbcel.cc has moved and when one clicks it one is taken to the dbcel.cc dns page on cloudflare. But that is the page witih the old nameservers.
Here is a link to a video showing you what was done and what I am seeing.
Why did you do that? Did you create a new Cloudflare account?
Your new screenshot shows that you use the nameservers elsa and nicolas. That means you need to make any DNS changes in the Cloudflare account with these nameservers.
If you want to use the Cloudflare account with nameservers dan and donna, you need to change the nameservers again.
So, either log into the new Cloudflare account or change your nameservers back to continue using the old account.
You can’t make changes in the old account while the nameservers are set to the new account.
The nameservers in your Cloudflare account must match the nameservers at your domain registrar. If they do not match, you will need to update the nameservers at your registrar so that they do.
I can’t tell if this is a real Cloudflare email or a scam, but Cloudflare wouldn’t ask you to change your nameservers unless you created a new account.
I would definitely recommend that you change your nameservers back to the ones shown in your account.
Could you also explain why you are adding a DKIM record for Sendiio?
Did you join their service just now, or is it also only because you received an email that told you to do so? It seems very suspicious to me that you receive an email asking you to change your nameservers, and it just so happens that a day later you want to add a new domainkey.
This really sounds like some kind of scam to me, where the attacker creates Cloudflare accounts with random email addresses and adds the domain of the email to the account, hoping that people will change their nameservers.
The alternative would be that you accidentally created a new Cloudflare account when you tried to add the new record, I guess?
In that first video, you 're logging in to a Cloudflare account, with an email address starting with “pylcc”.
The display name for that Cloudflare account starts with “kando”.
In this second video, you still seem to be logged in to the same Cloudflare account as before, the one with an email address starting with “pylcc”, which can be identified by the exact same “kando” display name.
The email you are showing asking for the name server change, it seems to have been sent to an email address starting with “queries”.
The deal will be to choose which one of the two Cloudflare account(s) that you have, that you actually want to have your domain in, and then let it stay there.
If you want to add another person (e.g. email address), to also have access, and be able to manage your domain name, that isn’t done by creating a new account and onboarding the domain name in the new account, but will require a different procedure to accomplish.
