Trouble setting up Mern Stack SSL with docker, Nginx and Certbot

Lately, I deployed a Mern stack app that has both the frontend and backend in Docker containers on a VPS server.

I was using Certbot to issue an SSL for the domain I connected to Cloudflare but Certbot was returning an error type of unauthorized.

Also, am using Nginx for the reverse proxy.

Please I really need help to get this running.

Cloudflare is probably blocking it as a bot/automated traffic - do you see the Certbot request in the activity log under https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/security ?
