The domain is newbrightmm.com. Although I manually paid for the renewal and it show the renewal success message, the website is still not up and the year is not added to the domain. I believe this is something the CF billing team could fix but I thought I would create the post first to make sure. Please help as soon as possible and thanks in advance for your help.
That domain expired a month and a half ago. I suggest you send a message to
billing AT cloudflare DOT com and ask about it. As soon as you get the autoreply, post the ticket # here so we can escalate it.
