Trouble enabling email routing after changing DNS

I am trying to re-enable email routing after changing DNS records to Icloud’s custom email domain. Icloud has accepted the change but Cloudflare shows an error message: Delete conflicting DNS records.

It says the 2 MX files must be deleted. I do not understand why as it is a direct copy and paste from Icloud instructions. System is not allowing me to reenable email routing and I am unable to receive emails.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
