Triple DNS Nameservers

What is the name of the domain?

verdantstores.com

What is the error number?

1001

What is the error message?

Cloudflare was unable to process the domain

What is the issue you’re encountering

Can’t connect the DNS Nameservers.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried to connect multiple times using my domain provider (UOL Host) which has 3 DNS configuration fields (Cloudflare only provides 2)

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

Nameservers

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I don;t exactly know. Never experienced this error.

You need to remove the third nameserver so that only the 2 Cloudflare nameservers remain:

verdantstores.com. 172800 IN NS ns1.dominios.uol.com.br.
verdantstores.com. 172800 IN NS pam.ns.cloudflare.com.
verdantstores.com. 172800 IN NS west.ns.cloudflare.com.
;; Received 398 bytes from 2001:503:eea3::30#53(g.gtld-servers.net) in 23 ms

I already tried to leave the “Leader” field like ns1.dominios.uol.com.br., but Clouflare refused to accept the domain (couldn’t find the new nameservers).

It doesn’t let me leave one or multiple fields blank, duplicate DNS too.

I searched on the Cloudflare Docs and i found this DNS server:

ns1.external.com

I don’t know if it’ll work, I’m not expert yet with Cloudflare.

Then you won’t be able to use that registrar with Cloudflare, at least not on the free and pro plans.

It might work with the business plan, where you get the option to create up to 4 custom nameservers.

I’ll contact UOL Host and Cloudflare.

Thanks for the response!

You don’t need to contact Cloudflare, but I wish you the best of luck with UOL.
