You need specify the header name and add the value in the value field and deploy it. Here’s the doc:

I am afraid it’s not possible. See a way by using Workers instead (might get billed for such thing) here:

You cannot modify the HTTP status code using Transform Rules. You would have to use Workers. The following script should work, though I haven’t tested it. export default { async fetch(request) { const response = await fetch(request) return new Response(response.body, { ...response, status: 200 }) } }
