What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried 192.0.2.1 - not working, the domain/subdomains are Proxied through Cloudflare.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Set a transform rule for modifying request headers for a subdomain.

What are you trying to do and what kind of request header modification are you setting up? Transform Rules work with any hostname that is proxied by Cloudflare through your account.

Your rule filter looks fine, you can use Trace to confirm that Transform Rule is invoked.

I’m trying to set a static header as a key for an API. It works on the main domain, but when specifying the subdomains - it doesn’t.

My mistake, thought I can make it add the header to the request if the user is accessing the main domain though a subdomain.
