Transferring to a new Cloudflare account

Hi,

My site was on a developer’s Cloudflare account so he couldn’t give me the logins as he shared it with other clients so I am trying to setup a separate one just for my site but I get “Error 1000”

site is www.brellisrecruitment.co.uk

I’ve tried changing it back and deleting A records and deleting the site from my account and I get various errors but I can’t get the site back on either account.

Any ideas?

This error is most commonly caused by one or more DNS records in the Cloudflare dashboard pointing to a Cloudflare IP address. It can also be caused if your DNS record(s) reference another reverse proxy. To resolve this, you should edit your DNS records to point to your origin server’s IP address.
