What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

I’ve received the EPP code from the Wix for the transfer to happen, but not getting this option on cloudflare to initiate the transfer process

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve connected with the Wix team they asked me to connect with Cloudflare team and they can initiate the process with the EPP Code instead of the NameServers Change.

That is not correct. Your domain must be using Cloudflare nameservers and be active on Cloudflare before you can transfer the domain registration.
