Transferring out of Cloudlfare due to frustration

After days of banging my head on the monitor trying to get my website working I have decided to transfer out of Cloudflare to Name.com. Just thought Cloudflare would like to know why and I can’t find another way to contact them directly without upgrading to Business class.

Thank you for your reply, but there’s a problem on the support page that prevents submitting a ticket.

Were you getting an error number or message returned? (I am curious as I have been seeing a dash error 10000 sometimes messing up the process)
