Transferring old account to newly created account

we could not access our current account because no access to previously used email. We created a new account and need to transfer info from previous account to the newly created current account.
Please advise.

For obvious reasons, if you can’t access the previous account, you won’t be able to access info and settings from inside that account, either. You’ll have to start from scratch on the new account.

Our previous SEO created the account and we can’t access it because they used their email and we cannot get the access code. Sales recommended us to create a new account and support would be able to combine the two.

Support won’t be able to help you access an account that isn’t yours. You will have to set the domains up from scratch in your new account.
