Transferring from Namecheap to Cloudflare. Error message: “Sorry, we were unable to update your IPS tag. Please try again.” Explanation from Namecheap support: “Your request to change the IPS tag to ‘Cloudflare’ has resulted in a so-called ‘handshake’. It is a kind of approval that should be accepted by the new Registrar. That is why the IPS tag was not changed instantly in this case. At this point, we suggest that you check with the new Registrar if they can accept the handshake and finalize the switch.”
