Transferring expired domain from Godaddy to cloudflare

Hi, My domain just expired, but is still renewable at Godaddy. But I would like to transfer this domain from them to Cloudflare.

So far I changed the dns records to cloudlfare, following online instructions, but Godaddy is not making the change as they are set to default godaddy settings.

ns31.domaincontrol.com
ns32.domaincontrol.com

is there anything I can do at this point to get moved to Cloudflare? Thank you!

You’d really have to take this up with GoDaddy. They might not let you make name server changes on an expired domain. They might not even let you transfer it. The path of least friction would be to renew it at GoDaddy and then add it to Cloudflare so you can transfer it.
