I am in the process of transfering my domains from Gandi to Cloudflare. I had no problem with a couple of earlier ones, but I am having a devil of a time with one of them.
After doing a bit of googling, I came across the ‘Cloudflare Self-Help Wizard Tool | Transferring a domain to Cloudflare Registrar’ post. I have verified the following:
Its a .com domain, not premium, the expy is in August, domain is active at Cloudflare, whois status is clear (confirmed no transfer lock at Gandi), and the payment info is on file.
So I guess my first question is to ask if there is a Cloudflare page that shows the status of the domain transfer.
I found the Manage Domains page, and it listed the domain as expired even with an August domain expy. Also, for some reason, the fee has been shown to not have been paid even know I received a paid invoice yesterday.
Questions about Cloudflare Registrar will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.

Many thanks. With the other domains I transferred, the payment process (and recording) was fast. If it normally takes a few days to process, no worries. Just don’t want it stuck
Status update. Support has marked the ticket as resolved without directly addressing the fact that the transfer fee was paid without the domain transfer process page reflecting that. I’ll wait a few days and revisit.
