The free Universal SSL Edge certificate that Cloudflare provides for all customers is able to cover the domain apex (foxchapelpsych.com) and the first level subdomain (*.foxchapelpsych.com). If you want to cover second level subdomains using the Cloudflare Edge certificate, you would have to use Advanced Certificate Manager which will allow you to get a certificate that covers second level subdomains (*.example.foxchapelpsych.com).
